How to make server better

I have an idea on how to make the server better first Off me need a new map in which spawn will be that make is f-Ed up. Theres too many ugly builds and holes every where some holes all the way to bedrock also I want to say keep the op and admin list low just for sertin reasons one is that this makes it so the players have to work for there rank and Not everyone will be op in a snap. I have more ideas but I have to go to school now so see u on the server!

so pigman, i have a new spawn, only 3 admin and 3 mod, and plus im SURE you coud make a totally better server with 20 slots, no no lag, and 45 bukkit plugins with many worlds and other awesome stuff (i doubt you could even make a bukkit server first of all on linux)
